With over 20 years in facilities management, Jim takes pride in the management and operations of our buildings and building positive and productive relationships with our tenants and vendors. Technically an employee of The Rader Company, which serves as contract property managers for several of our Properties, Jim is a “member of our family.” Born and raised in Georgia, Jim is married with two children.
