Mission

Founded in 1976, RDR Properties is a diversified real estate investment and management company specializing in urban revitalization and adaptive reuse of noteworthy downtown districts and commercial properties. We work closely with elected officials, local government agencies, other property owners, tenants, and residents to build common visions and create new and exciting opportunities for all. We seek value added opportunities in underperforming properties and districts with great histories and/or great possibilities. Our properties must not only make economic sense for us, but also contribute to the quality of life in the communities we work. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, our track record, and the relationships we have built over four decades in this business.

    Born and raised in Los Angeles, Mr. Resnick is a third generation real estate investor who brings a sense of pride and passion to every project. The Founder of RDR Properties, he is a former real estate attorney, has lectured on business and entrepreneurialism at the University level, has held various local public offices, and has been honored for his work and community service by numerous government bodies and elected officials. Mr. Resnick speaks several languages, loves to travel, has played professional guitar, enjoys architectural photography, and is married with two children.
